Camu-Camu has approximately 2g vitamin C per 100g of fruit. Rio Amazon Camu-Camu capsules contain an 8:1 juice extract so each 500mg capsule contains the equivalent to 4 000mg of Camu-Camu fruit. This means that each capsule has approximately 80mg of vitamin C which is delivered alongside other constituents in the fruit including antioxidants which can benefit in combination with the vitamin C in the Camu-Camu fruit.
