We’re thrilled to have been presented with the award for Best Independent Retailer 2022 at the Natural & Organic Products Europe trade show this summer. Amabel & John (above) had a great night celebrating the win and it was an honour to be recognised by our peers.
It was a huge surprise to be told that we had been selected for the award – with the difficulties that everyone has faced over the past few years with lockdown after lockdown, we are very proud to be recognised for the exceptional and outstanding service that we provide to the local community over the past fifty years which is also now available nationally via our online ordering service.
We have always prided ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and the highest quality products to our customers. Our wonderful staff at both of our stores have been invaluable in helping us gain this achievement .In-store support and advice is an essential aspect of what we do at the Haelan Centre, and this is now also available through our webchat service.
