Orders

Delivery is £5 for standard 3 – 5 day delivery and £7 for next day delivery. Local pick up and local delivery is free of charge. Orders in excess of 30kg may require an extra charge – you will be notified of this before order completion.

Some postcodes in remote areas may require an extra charge – you will be notified of this before order completion.

Once you have placed your order and received confirmation in writing from us, the order cannot be amended.

Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. Please see section 6 of our terms and conditions for detailed cancellation information.

Yes! You can collect your delivery from either of our stores.
Delivery is usually within three working days of the order confirmation.

For non-local (courier) deliveries, you will be provided with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your order.

For local deliveries, we will email you with a delivery time & date once we have processed your order. If you have a specific delivery date or time required, please mention this in the ‘additional notes’ area at the time of ordering. We will do our best to meet your requirements, but if this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange a mutually acceptable date & time.

Ideally yes! For courier deliveries a signature will be required unless you have specified a ‘safe place’ for delivery. We will not take any responsibility for damage or missing items for deliveries left in safe places.

Payment is processed once your order has been despatched.

Please note we cannot issue discounts retrospectively so make sure you mention this at the time of ordering.
Apologies, coupons can only be used in store.

Currently we do not offer a repeating automated order service. Your order history is saved so you can easily repeat your previous orders.

Refunds & Returns

Any products that are out of stock or unavailable will not be included in the cost of your order. Payment is only taken once the goods have been despatched and not before.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, or simply don’t want it, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it, in the condition in which it arrived, providing you have notified us, in writing, within 24 hours of receipt of your order. (Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty). Chilled and frozen goods can only be returned if faulty or damaged. If they are just unwanted, we cannot issue a refund.

Returns must be agreed with us in writing and we will arrange for any unwanted items to be collected by courier. Faulty items may be either returned to us, or we may ask you to simply dispose of them yourself – this is dependent on the fault and is assessed on an individual basis. 

We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of damage so that we can forward this on to the courier if required.

Your refund will be processed within three to five working days of the items being received by us.
