A distilled water-based infusion of chamomile flower water, produced as a co-product of the steam distillation process. Also called a hydrolat or hydrosol. Chamomile flower water has warming, fruity, sweet and apple-like aroma. Please note: this is a pure flower water and not water with essential oil added – it has a different molecular composition.
