The aroma is uplifting and rich in geraniol, which also gently uplifts and relaxes. Palmarosa balances emotions and soothes daily stresses, strains, tension and exhaustion.
Palmarosa essential oil also helps to soothe sore muscles, especially when used in massage.
Palmarosa is also a popular ingredient in skincare products, and is especially useful for dry skin as it encourages the rebalancing of water and oil production.
It can be used as a light perfume; dab one drop on each wrist. As it is an essential oil (not a fragrance) it will naturally dissipate so reapply as often as desired
