Each 1ml/20 drops contains a traditionally prepared hot water extract of Ganoderma lucidum/Reishi fruit bodies, equivalent to 250mg of dried Reishi, in a base of vegetable glycerine 70%.
This product does not contain mycelia or growing medium, only whole fruit bodies.
Direction for Use:
For general purposes take 20 drops/1ml in a little cold water, three times a day. It can also be added to food, juices, smoothies, sauces etc. It can be added to hot or cold water. It is perfectly safe to increase or decrease the amount you take daily. The Reishi is cultivated in China.
