Shilajit translates to ”rock of life” in Sanskrit. Shilajit is a sticky substance found primarily in the rocks of the Himalayas. Usually resembling a tar like substance, which ranges in colour from yellowish brown, to dark brown. Dark brown is considered the most nutritionally valuable and potent. Shilajit is nutritionally dense and is rich in important minerals iron, calcium, selenium and zinc. Shilajit Extract is blended with herbs Tulsi, Kapikachhu and White Musli. These herbs are added to the formula to further potentiate the effects of Shilajit and boost absorption.
