Each 1ml/20 drops contains a traditionally prepared hot water extract of Hericium erinaceus/Lion’s Mane fruit bodies, equivalent to 250mg of dried Lion’s Mane, in a base of vegetable glycerine 70%.
This product does not contain mycelia or growing medium, only whole fruit bodies.
Direction for Use:
For general purpose take 20 drops/1ml in a little cold water, three times a day. It can also be added to food, juices, smoothies, sauces etc. It can be added to hot or cold water. It is perfectly safe to increase or decrease the amount you take daily. The Lion’s Mane is cultivated in China.
