Nothing but the best goes in: full of natural goodness British grown flakes of oats, barley, rye and crunchy wheat, mixed with sweet dates, apricots and raisins, earthy sunflower seeds and a touch of cinnamon.
This very first recipe was made in a squat in Tolmers Square in London and it was very popular. To celebrate our long years of making healthy and delicious products, we decided to re-launch this original recipe. We have reformulated it, brought it up to date and made it nut-free and organic. We hope you like it as much as our customers did all those years ago.
