Award-winning British biltong made from grass-fed silverside beef, marinated in a traditional blend of coriander, rock salt and black pepper.
Ingredients: Beef 230g per 100g of Biltong, Cider Vinegar. Seasoning mix: Salt, Spices (coriander, black pepper) Caster Sugar. Flavouring ( contains yeast extract, salt maltodextrin, Caramelised sugar, sunflower oil. Flavourings (process flavourings, natural flavours) preservative :potassium sorbate.
