Our English truffle oil is made entirely from locally sourced ingredients. We shave English black truffles foraged in Southern England and expertly blend them with our unique flavour & an award winning extra virgin rapeseed oil from Oxfordshire. The rapeseed oil is cold-pressed which produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged.
