Cold-pressed from the creamy flesh of Chilean avocados Clearspring Organic Avocado Oil has a delicious nutty flavour which is perfect for a large range of dishes. It can be use for dipping with bread adding colour smoothness and flavour to dressings stir-frying and even deep-frying as it has a very high smoke point. It is also cholesterol free rich in vitamin E omega 3 and 6 and it’s high in monounsaturated fat. In many countries is it is a recommended ingredient as part of a healthy heart diet.
Recommended Maximum Heating Temperature 190°C. When you cook with avocado oil the distinctive colour becomes clear so your dishes won’t all turn out green!
