Vermicelli is a thin variety of rice noodle, which is popular in many parts of the world including the Middle East, Africa and right across Asia. In Southeast Asian cuisine, it has been enjoyed as a staple for centuries. It is great at absorbing flavours and is ready to use in just 3 minutes. Enjoy in Asian soups, stir-fries and even vermicelli puddings. It is plant-based, salt-free and 100% wholegrain.


Our Vermicelli is made in Thailand by a family producer using only the finest quality organic brown rice, instead of the more commonly used white rice, which gives our noodles a firmer texture and delicate nutty flavour. The rice is finely milled, sieved, steamed and aged before being cut into thin noodle strands. Clearspring Organic Vermicelli is cut shorter than those most commonly available, making it easier to prepare and enjoy.
