This Pumpkin & Sage filling is an all-time classic now suitable for vegans! The delicious and creamy filling is made using Italian Pumpkins of the sweetest variety roasted in the oven in our kitchen. Then we just add some breadcrumbs and a bit of Sage to enhance the flavour. Serve it with a drizzle of olive oil or your favourite sauce

Pasta (56%): Durum Wheat Flour, Water;
Filling (44%): Pumpkin (82%), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Sage (1.5%).
Dusted with rice flour.
