The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of whole leaf American hops are added in ever-increasing numbers at the end of the boil giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry-hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!
Lupuloid IPA, a 6.7% ABV India Pale Ale. The most notable thing is that it is our first straight up IPA, no funny business, just malt, yeast, water and hops. Lots of hops.
Our any day, any time, easy drinking, go to IPA. This started life as a home-brew. We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply kick back, relax and oil your neck with (the name Neck Oil come’s from our founder, Logan, fondly remembering his Grandad stating that he was ‘off down the pub for a pint of neck oil’).

Straw yellow and filtered for crystal clear clarity Peckham Helles has a soft bitterness with light fruity yeast esters and herbal spice from Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Refreshing and moreish with a clean and crisp finish. Gluten free.
It took us a long time to get this beer right. Most breweries produce their own version of an American Style IPA and we’re proud with what we’ve accomplished. It takes skill producing a balanced beer to allow the hops to shine through while having enough malt backbone and mouthfeel to hold the higher alcohol. The beer is made with kilos of hops throughout the boil and again dry hopped to add further aroma. Columbus Chinook Summit and Citra hops provide the spice citrus and tangerine characteristics.
Extra pale malt is blended with Munich Vienna and a splash of Crystal malt to produce a light golden colour. Columbus hops are used for bittering and Simcoe Equinox Cascade and Mosaic are added progressively throughout the boil with a good wedge added at the hop-stand phase. The hops add fruit floral notes typical of a North American style pale ale. Clean US05 yeast is used to allow the hops to shine through
Peckham Pils has been a style we’ve produced from day one. We were one of the very first micro-breweries in London to produce a lager style beer and it is now our most popular beer. A Czech style lager the predominant hop is the classic noble Saaz which adds pleasant earthy floral citrus spicy and herbal overtones to the beer. Bittering comes from magnum hops. The beer is lagered – held at zero degrees for up to three weeks. This “cleans” the beer resulting in a crisp and refreshing finish.
An Amber Ale with 18% Rye malt to add a dry and biscuit quality to the beer. Rich malts add caramel character and Chinook hops add citrus pine and spice while Cascade adds more spice and citrus with added floral notes. Clean US05 yeast is used to allow the hops to shine through.
