Studded with wholegrain millet, our long life bread is a delicious gluten-free loaf and tastes lovely with savory or sweet toppings. Millet grain is highly nutritious and alkaline, meaning it’s easy to digest too. Its texture is perfect when toasted and spread with coconut butter, but our millet bread also works with stronger flavours.
Experiment with flavoursome toppings, from a simple spread of houmous to layers of aubergine, feta and rocket to make a hearty open sandwich. Our organic millet bread is lovingly baked using traditional artisan skills, including freshly grinding grains just before baking to create loaves packed with wholegrain goodness.
The bakery routinely batch-tests bread for gluten, ensuring our bread is suitable for a gluten-free diet.
